New Coffee Every Month

Each month, The Collection features two curated coffees that reflect the season and the producers we're most excited to share. Two-bag subscribers receive one bag of each coffee, while four-bag subscribers receive two bags of each selection.

Occasionally, we may include a smaller-format offering in place of a standard bag to share something especially rare or limited. These coffees are selected for their quality and uniqueness, offering access to lots that may only be available in very small quantities.
